Construction to Begin at Perry Hill Road, I-85 Exit

Relief is coming to the traffic congestion on Perry Hill Road.

The Alabama Department of Transportation is going to reconfigure the entrance ramp to Interstate-85 North.

The project will begin next week.  It will include bridge widening, new lanes and traffic signals.

Traffic will be delayed by evening lane closures and temporary lane shifts.  Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.

The project should be completed by November of 2014.
