Clifford Wynn Trial for 2005 Murder of Autauga Co. Woman Begins Monday

Trial is set to start Monday for the 2005 murder case of an Autauga County woman.

In February, a grand jury charged Clifford Wynn of Selma for raping and murdering 53 year old Patricia Lasserre.

Lasserre went missing after leaving work at the Clanton Wal-Mart in December of 2005. Her body was found two days later.

Wynn has been arrested multiple times over the years and let go. He has also been in jail on other charges of burglary, theft, and sodomy.
