Booker T. Washington Magnet High School Gets A New Look Before Classes Resume

By Alabama News Network

Faculty and staff from Troy University's Montgomery campus partnered with Booker T. Washington Magnet high school to improve the look of the campus before classes start.

They helped cut grass, painted doors, and  spruced up other areas around the school that needed some work.

Marsha Baugh, assistant Principal at BTW, says she's excited about the new look.

"We were so thankful for Troy contacting us and just honored that they would choose us to help us come out and welcome the students for a brand new school year, and what a great way to start the year,"  said Baugh.

They will be able to enjoy those improvements before too long.

Students head back to classes on Monday.
