Draft beer may soon be sold in Brundidge.

Last night the council voted to support the county wide resolution.

Pike County commissioners are waiting for final approval from the legislature.

They are asking for on premise sales of draft beer.

The resolution would only apply to restaurants and bars.

If the state approves the county wide draft beer proposal, then it would be up to the cities in Pike County to pass a resolution or vote on it.
