From the CBS 8 West Alabama Newsroom-- A fire at Keith High School in Orrville damages part of the school band hall -- and destroys some instruments. A section of wall between the band hall and a storage room caught fire about 12:30 yesterday morning. The fire caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the building besides destroying some band instruments. "I was devastated because the band had just solicited band instruments from the community and they were just getting back on track on making a good band for Keith High School and now we have to start over again, said Keith High Principal Lou Ella Guthridge. The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the state fire marshal.
