Authorities Investigate Montgomery's Third Murder of 2012

What authorities initially called a death investigation has become the city's third homicide.

The Montgomery Police Department is investigating the shooting death of 47-year-old Andrew Kenneth James.

It happened last night at the McGhee Estate Manor Condominiums on Price Street.

Authorities are still investigating and they haven't made any arrests.

Anyone with information on James' murder is asked to call Montgomery police at 241-2651.
