An assistant superintendent has been terminated from Montgomery Public Schools.
After a two day hearing, the Montgomery County school board voted to terminate Lewis Washington yesterday.
In a letter obtained by CBS 8 News from school superintendent Barbara Thompson to Washington, we've learned the termination stems from accusations of sexual harassment of a co-worker and ethics violations.
Washington opted to settle the terms of his employment.
