By WNCF Staff

MONTGOMERY (WNCF) – A federal lawsuit has been filed against Alabama State claiming that sexual and racial harassment was condoned at the school.

The suit filed by three women claims that supervisors allowed verbal harassment, inappropriate touching, and other similar accusations.

State Representative John Knight, who is ASU’s executive vice president, says the suit was filed by disgruntled former employees.
