Former Chancellor Forks Over $20 MIL

BIRMINGHAM (WNCF) – A judge is forcing former Alabama 2-year college Chancellor Roy Johnson to forfeit nearly $20 million worth of cash and assets.

Johnson must hand over more than $18 million in cash and a home in Opelika worth $1.3 million.

Johnson is facing more than 25 years in prison later this month for his involvement with payments to school board members and state legislators.
