Ivey Kicks Off Gubernatorial Campaign

State Treasurer Kay Ivey kicked off her Republican campaign for governor with four appearances across the state.

Ivey started today on the Capitol lawn in Montgomery. A campaign spokesman says that was be followed by stops in Birmingham, Huntsville and Spanish Fort.

Ivey joins four Republicans who have already announced for the primary election in June 2010.
