Former Tutwiler Prison Guard Found Not Guilty of Having Sexual Conduct with Inmate
A former Tutwiler Prison guard is found not guilty of engaging in sexual conduct with a death row inmate.
On Wednesday morning, a jury found Matthew Hall not guilty of having sexual contact with Christie Scott. According to prosecutors, Hall had touched Scott's breasts and kissed her while he was an officer at Tutwiler Prison. Hall denied those charges.
It took jurors just over 30 minutes to reach their verdict.
