New Allegations on Falsified Records at VA Hospital

New allegations of misconduct at the Central Alabama VA. An audit shows employees falsified record to hide long wait times for critical health care. 

That's according to the Montgomery Advertiser which reports the federal audit will be released tomorrow.

The Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System is one of 84 facilities under investigation for unethical scheduling practices.

That includes hospitals in Montgomery and Tuskegee, the Central Alabama VA is in the most serious group.

The newspaper says three VA employees lost their jobs for allegedly altering records to hide wait times for appointments, as long as 51 days.

should check in on the hiring practices of the va. Hire who is most qualified for the position not based on friends/family. The whole va needs to be restructured.
