A vaccine to prevent Tuberculosis may also prevent Multiple Sclerosis in some patients.

Italian researchers tested the shot on 33 people with early signs of the disease.

After five years, 58 percent of those vaccinated did not develop MS, that's compared to 30 percent who took a placebo.

Doctors say more research is needed to determine the long term effects.
