A new study shows marijuana use may increase the risk of testicular cancer.

Researchers at the University of Southern California found men who used the drug on a regular basis were twice as likely to develop an aggressive form of the disease.

They also looked at cocaine use and found men who took the drug actually lowered their risk.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men under 45.
